Abstract

The text summarizes the content of the paper presented at the II Latin American Congress of Curriculum Research Groups. Thus, it describes a review of part of the literature available in Chile on the teaching of History. An analysis is carried out to allow the understanding of these processes as part of what in curricular studies has been called the taught curriculum. For this, it is presented a set of key ideas around the dimensions of the curriculum and particularly about the recognition of the expressions of the curriculum taught in the Chilean context. In the development of this exercise, an initial interpretation is raised about the dimensions of the curricular taught job and its deployment within the national context, the experiential and collective dimensions of this phenomenon.
