The children’s right to a full development and to be happy, and the families’ right to universal access and guaranteed to a quality early childhood education are commitments that have fostered and led Integra in its 25 years of history. This article rescues that trajectory as a function of two strategic axes of the institutional navigation chart: Model of Education and Persons who Educate. Both, explain the culture of evaluation and continuous training of Integra, and project it to the XXI century with the challenges of inclusion.
